You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large living and dining area, high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television with streaming services, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace upstairs. Additional conveniences include elevator access and baby cot availability. Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace and balcony, perfect for relaxation. The shared garden area features 4 outdoor pools. Three pools remain open year-round, while the family pool with lifeguard supervision operates from mid-June to mid-September. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Pets are not allowed on the property, and events are strictly prohibited. Private parking is available in the garage below the building, accessible by elevator and stairs. Please note that the upstairs bedroom and bathroom within the apartment can only be accessed via internal stairs.
